The main target of this role is to take care of all product training related administrative tasks as well as to create and deliver all kinds of training and learning activities. We are looking for candidates in Berlin, Paris, London, Budapest or Vienna.


YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the training team members to facilitate basic and comprehensive product training to clients, users, employees, partners.
  • Apply state-of-the-art technologies in the ongoing delivery of training programs; use tools that motivate and engage learners and learning across a landscape of cultural diversity.
  • Partner subject matter experts to assist with design of training for new and existing training plans.
  • Plan, design, coordinate and execute all facets of training
  • Translate and maintain training decks
  • Maintain and refine the global learning platform ensuring the most relevant and up to date learning plans
  • Track and update training records and reports via tools such as Lesson.ly, Confluence, Teams, Zoom and other applications that support the eLearning initiatives of the organization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of delivered programs, communicate outcomes
  • Work cross-functionally within the organization to identify skill gaps, training opportunities and develop/deliver sustainable training solutions and recommendations
  • Create training material at a general and department specific level (such as PowerPoint Presentations, Videos, Manuals etc.)

YOUR PROFILE

  • University studies/degree
  • Experience in the field of SaaS and Software technical training serves as an advantage
  • Highly methodical expertise and broad knowledge of e-learning platforms & new and emerging (online) training tools
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
  • Excellent presentation, communication and documentation skills
  • Capable of working independently across cultures in a clear and structured manner
  • Native Spanish/Portuguese language skills/Excellent English language skills
